All 4 hour sessions cost €65
Friday 5.00pm - 9.00pm - Individual welcome and consult on your personality type and how to maximise your session. Rejuvenate on your mats by totally relaxing with restorative Yoga poses followed by delicious light fresh food and relaxing drinks before retiring for the night.
Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm - Teas or fresh fruit to begin with. Awaken and invigorate your whole system with pranayama (breathing techniques) followed by slow mindful poses to gently stretch. Finish with a relaxation meditation and prepare for the day ahead. This will be followed by a wholesome hearty breakfast and fresh juices to keep you going for a long time.
Saturday 5.00pm - 9.00pm - Stronger Yoga session this evening in a relaxed warm environment followed by a restorative Yoga Nidra. Share beautiful organic foods and drinks with friends enjoying the warmth and heat of timber burning fire. Reconnect with yourself and others for happy chats or have an early one.
Sunday 8.30am - 12.30pm - Encouraging a mindful practice on Sunday. using the heightened awareness built over the week-end to explore where you are in your physical body now. Deepening the breath and allowing the body to follow through naturally. Letting go of the 'Monkey Mind' and putting that extra energy into simple focus and attention to your every move. Final Breakfast will be a mini feast to carry you through the day.
